What materials do you collect as Zaidi?
We collect all types of paper where we sort it and bale it to transport to companies that process the paper waste into new products. We also collect and sort coconut shells, glass bottles and printing supplies.

What happens if I don’t hear from the driver?
Our aim is to send a driver to empty your bin withing the same day. Although sometimes there are outside obstacles, we will try our best to make sure you are contacted within 24 hours.

Will I know how much I have recycled after some
time?
Yes! We will provide you with data on the amount in weight or pieces, of material you have managed to recycle, so you know how much you are contributing to a clean environment!

Is it okay if the material is damaged or broken?
With our glass collection for recycling, broken or damaged glass is absolutely fine, as the processing company can use all of the glass pieces. With our toner cartridges, there are specifications with the state of the material, which you can find on the ‘Cartridges’ page.

Do you provide the bins?
For our glass bottle collection we provide you with 3 bins: 1 for green, 1 for amber (brown) and 1 for flint (clear). For the toner cartridges, you can use any storage box or even a cardboard box to store them until we collect them. If you specifically require a bin for collection, please contact us.
